- Permitted: meetings, conferences, investment exploration, contract signing, supplier visits, technical assistance not paid by a Mexican entity
- Up to 180 days per visit
- Visa-required nationalities (India, China, Russia, most of Africa) need Visa Negocios at the Mexican consulate before travel
- PROHIBITED: paid work for a Mexican employer — requires Temporary Resident with work authorisation
